Wood… for the comfort of a warm atmosphere
HERITAGE was delighted to be granted this contract, and for good reasons: this restaurant bar located in the active neighborhood of Old Montreal was awarded the Jury Prize for "Commerce Design Montréal" in 2015. Another interesting fact is that one of the owners is Jeff Stinco, lead guitarist for the rock band "Simple Plan".
At the heart of this concept, influenced by the history and surrounding materials of an ancestral building, the use of solid ash finished with oil provides a balance and thus timeless side to its warm design. Filled with charm, this place also came with several technical challenges specific to the age of construction. Whether with building structure or with floor levelling, again, we have demonstrated perseverance and ingenuity.
