HERITAGE in the food industry
As a perfect example of an architectural achievement which is often overlooked, this unorthodox aerial project required rather ingenious manufacturing methods. Mostly perched in the air, many of these structures were erected with a technic that is similar to that used for aircraft wings, showing strength while maintaining elegance and delicacy.
